Punjab Children Academy was started in the year 2002 with strength of 22 students, with an aim to provide quality education to the students of the holy city of Tarn Taran. Today Punjab Childran Academy is a full fledged High School Affiliated to the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi.(I.C.S.E., PU091). The institute being managed by eminent educationist, doctors & social workers. It presents an ideal atmosphere for the pursuit of knowledge & growth of children.

A vibrant,stimulating classroom environment can be enhanced further by including what science is all about. The science wing consists of fully equipped Physics, Chemistry and Biology Laboratories. These Laboratories cater to the growing needs of the students to research, experiment and to give their subject a practical perceptive. After acquiring scientific knowledge, it encourages the students to open their mind to accept newer ideas and to apply them. In the time between exams, the children understand projects in science usually as individuals or in small groups. The children undertake these with enthusiasm and results are well worth looking at.

Punjab Children Academy was the first school in Tarn Taran to start Educomp Smart Class Rooms which help students understand the concepts better by experiencing what they read in their text books.
